we’ve all done it: watched a movie, read an article, seen an ad, or caught a tv show and immediately recognized the location. we then spend that time letting everyone around us know that we’ve been there: “i totally went to that coffee shop!” “that’s the park bench i eat lunch at every day.” “that’s my subway station!!!” it’s exciting.
until you read a random news article that’s about someone defecating right near your building.
